Medieval Hood
A true Medieval style, this large hood with pointed mantle (front and back) hangs down over the shoulders and chest, rather like a short period-poncho. It protects against inclement weather as it embellishes the look of any outfit.

The Medieval Hood is open down the front.

These mantles are made from a medium weight cotton or cotton blend fabric. They can also be made from velvet, satin or fleece.

We offer 5 styles of hoods; Regular, Pointed, Small Lirepipe (add $5), Long Lirepipe (add $10), and X-large Goth (add $5). The regular Hood is pictured.

Satin or fleece lining is also available.

Our Cowl Hood is similar, but has a rounded bottom and a closed front.

One size fits all up to neck size of 24 inches. (Inquire for larger sizes)

Trim can be added to the hood, front opening and hem.

Please specify color preference, chest or waist size (whichever is larger), and height (in inches) when ordering.

NOTE: This is a Custom-made order and may take up to 4-5 weeks. Check out our pre-made garments for quicker delivery.
