The complete costume consists of a gown with key hole neck and long narrow sleeves, a thick plaid Laena/Arisaid and rope belt.

It is thought that the Laena/Arisaid was put on while lying down, similar to the Great Kilt.

Here are Instructions on How to fold a Laena/Arisaid Please provide your choice of color for gown, and your choice of plaid. Please also provide your height, chest size, waist size, and arm length.
