Early Period Turn Shoe
With turn shoe construction (WSC136).
This is a period style shoe and would be appropriate for most early personnas (Celt, Jute, Saxon) and even Viking and Roman.
It would have also been worn in later periods, as it is a simple style shoe.
This shoe is very comfortable to wear, even if you're not used to wearing period shoes.
Turnshoes do tend to be a bit tigher than the hobnail shoes.
This shoe can also be made in the period 'Irish' style using only one piece of leather.
